Hi.. I am a twenty-nine year old mother of an active 3 1/2 year old little girl. I work full time at nights, so I try to do a lot of cooking with my daughter on the weekend. During the week, everything is pretty quick, since it is my babysitter. I love to bake and especially love to share it, otherwise I eat it all!!

Chunky Applesauce
Okay...This was my first attempt at applesauce! It turned out great, and was really sweet. I would compare it to the side of apples you get at Outback when you order the pork chops. Really sweet and cinnamon-ie... But I loved it!!
