I simply don't have the discipline to bake, it requires precision and paying exact attention to the recipe, its all chemistry afterall. I lean more towards cooking, love to create dishes out of whatever I can find in the kitchen. Love the indonesean food my dad made when I was young, sadly there are rarely any good places to go and eat this type of food so I am going to try and recreate some of those classics this year Plenty to pick from but from each tragedy comes a learning experience, I don't make the same mistakes twice
