Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Delicious! Only had half and half, so I had to add corn starch to thicken the sauce, but it still tasted great!

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
Tasted good, but I had trouble with the consistency. Next time, I'll get the consistency right before I put the shrimp (and broccoli) in to prevent overcooking.
