Banana Oatmeal Bread

Great flavor, and very moist. I used 3/4 cup white sugar, and 1/4 cup brown, the slight maple flavor goes great with the cinnamon and oatmeal.

A Firefighter's Meatloaf

All in all a great meatloaf. i've made it several times. Family loves it. Thought i would advise adding at least 2 eggs.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

The Best Pumpkin bread ive ever made/eaten. I used splenda instead of regular sugar, and reduced the amount by half a cup or so, added a little extra pumpkin to it, and a splash of vanilla! Excellent!! Definetly will make again!!
