I am a real estate agent with a very busy schedule. I have three teenage daughters. I have an awesome husband that does most of the cooking. With my busy schedule he is usually home before me. I do cook on occassion and am on a weight loss program so I am trying to teach him to cook healthier. I love to cook vegetable soup, broccoli soup, lasagna, and salmon patties. I have started a tradition the last 5 years of having our friends over for a Christmas dinner usually the Christmas Eve or the day before Christmas eve. I prepare all the dishes. It is a great time and I love the time to cook all my specialities like broccoli casserole, sweet potato casserole, and my famous dumpcake that everyone loves. The tradition started with about 15 of our closest friends and has grown to between 60 and 75 friends. It is a great time and my daughters love the tradition. Have tried alot of new receipes that have been a flop.
