My favorite things to cook
I love cooking Asian because I grew up in Indonesia. I like experimenting with different meats. I don't like bland food so my cooking usually takes a lot of spices.
My cooking triumphs
I made some muffins when my husband had some people over for English lessons. They were double chocolate banana muffins. I didnt have enough banana so I added some pumpkin i had left over and they turned out to be a hit. One of my few proud moments.
My cooking tragedies
One time I tried to cook some toffee and I totally read the recipe wrong and added way too much vanilla and butter. It didnt even get thick. I was like "I did everything right!" It was terrible and a waste of ingredients.

Catfish Cakes
These cakes were so awesome...I've already made them twice! It's a nice simple way to eat fish. And it takes some of the fishiness that people don't like out of them.
