Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This soup is so delicious that even both of my picky kids LOVE it! The only thing I do different is add more taco seasoning, other than that it is perfect just written!

I really enjoyed this sauce. It is rich and spicy. I found that 1/2 the mushrooms were plenty and I am a mushroom lover.

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

These stuffed peppers were fantastic. The recipe did not fill up 6 bell peppers so I doubled the recipe. My peppers may have been to big, I'm not sure. I made 2 small changes: first, I sauteed onion in with the carrot and celery and I used regular bacon because I did not have the pancetta bacon.

Baked Pork Chops I

Delicious. I made a couple changes; I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of golden mushroom soup. I doubled the milk and white wine since I used 2 cans of soup. I only cooked the chops for an hour in the oven. They were fantastic!
