Duck Breasts with Raspberry Sauce
This is one of my all time favorite recipes from this site. Definitely something to cook when you want to impress, and I often cook it for special occassions.

Okonomiyaki
Not a very authentic okonomiyaki... the reason so many people find the batter bland is because you need to use okonomiyaki flour (a specially seasoned flour) for this... which can be found at most Asian grocers

Homesteader Cornbread
Perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy and grainy on the inside. They turned out even better than I'd hoped. Definitely a keeper!
