i have been working as a chef for the past 10 years. i have helped open a few different restaurants and am currently working for a private golf club under a great executive chef. i am very creative and am always looking for new twists. one day i hope to open my own place. everything!! i really enjoy making unique sauces to put a new spin on dishes. i have cooked for many celebrities and politicians. every dish i creat is a triumph in my eyes, food is life.. where do i start??
