About this Cook
Something about cooking just makes the stress go away. After a hard day at work, going into the kitchen and making a wonderful dinner helps to take the stress away. I love making food for people and knowing that I have brought something pleasure to them.
My favorite things to cook
My all time favourite type of cooking is mixing East with West. I love taking try and tested western food and mix it in with Asian flavours. I like to call it the true Western Canadian cooking.

Blueberry Breakfast Sauce
If you have left over, frozen blueberries, and you just don't know what to do with them? Then make this wonderful recipe. I made an angel food cake and just did not want to make icing for it. I found this recipe and that cake was gone in seconds. Now I make this every time I make an angel food, or pancakes, or French toast. Just one word of advice, double this, or you will be crying when it is all gone. =^o^=

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This is pretty good, but it needed some kick to it. Instead of ketchup, I used a good hot salsa, a good Dijon mustard, added two cloves of fresh minced garlic, left out the onion powder and salt (since the salsa had onions and enough salt already). Once that was all completed, there were no left overs after that. Very quick and easy to make, if you are just to tired to slave in the kitchen. I doubled the recipe, as the original just wasn't enough to feed a whole family.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
The best blueberry muffin recipe that I could find. I did omit the sugar crust, the muffins work just find on there own.
