This stuffing went so fast at Thanksgiving last year. I cant wait to make it again; it is absolutely delicious.

This recipe was FANTASTIC! In the slow cooker first thing in the morning, and by supper time, my husband and I had a wonderful smelling house and a very filling dinner. I used some left over shredded chicken from a crock pot chicken earlier in the week. I used onion flakes instead of chopped and didn't add the chili's (only because my onion went bad and it turns out I didn't have a can of green chilis) and it was great any how. Substituted the homemade tortilla chips with some gold corn mini tortillas from the store. Wonderful left over soup too! All my coworkers were jealous.
