I love to bake. During the holidays, I usually do about 25 kinds of cookies and breads. I give them away--people love them and it makes me feel good. Swedish meatballs for Christmas!! Every once in awhile, I have a cake turn out badly. The worst was a german chocolate cake that I tried to make for a diabetic friend. I used Splenda. It didn't work, and ended up against the kitchen wall (when I threw it).
