Amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out soooo good! The edges got a little crispy, but thats the best part! I love how the coconut rises to the top and makes a nice crispy topping. Will definitely make this again! Thanks!

Wow! I tried to cook Indian many times before and it never turned out... until tonight! This was so good and flavorful. I couldn't believe it because the ingredients were so simple. I didn't have red pepper paste so I just cut up some peppers and put in a little crushed red pepper and chili powder. I probably tripled the curry powder too (I never measure). I used light coconut milk, just because that's all I had and two cans of tomato sauce. It made a ton! Next time I'll probably only use one can of tomato sauce and a half can of coconut milk. Only feeding two. I'm so glad I finally found an Indian recipe that I can tackle. I will definitely make this dish again!

These are so delicious and healthy! I eat one for breakfast every day! I use a mix of oats, barley, and rye. I also put 1/4 C white and 1/4 C brown sugar. 1/4 C of ground flax meal too. I use cinnamon apple sauce in place of the oil. I also add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to the batter. My favorite spices. I'm going to try making it with pumpkin today in place of the bananas. Thanks!
