Banana Oat Muffins
These are so delicious and healthy! I eat one for breakfast every day! I use a mix of oats, barley, and rye. I also put 1/4 C white and 1/4 C brown sugar. 1/4 C of ground flax meal too. I use cinnamon apple sauce in place of the oil. I also add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to the batter. My favorite spices. I'm going to try making it with pumpkin today in place of the bananas.
