I'm a 40 yr old motherof two boys. One is in college and other enlisted in the military. I love to cook, bake and it is a real passion and part of my life. My favorite is Italian dishes. I like to try diffeent and challenging recipes. I need a really good sauce recipe. Baking during the holidays. I grew up with a father that loved to cook and bake and was great at it. That's why my love for cooking started at such a young age. cheesecake. I have never been able to bake a good cheesecake and actually about a year ago I have finally mastered it. What an accomplishment for me. It's funny but, no bake cookies. I to this day cannot make these yummy little treasures. They end up a big sloppy mess everytime.
