Sugar Coated Pecans
I made these for a Boxing Day dinner and my cousin's husband couldn't stop eating them to the point that he made me take them out of the room! Very high in sugar. Next time I will decrease the amount of sugar I put in - just to be health conscious. The cinnamon really gives it that extra zing but I also add some vanilla flavouring which should make up for a reduced sugar amount.

Roquefort Pear Salad
I served this to my friends who are not huge fans of salad and they really liked it. The blend of avocado, pear and the dressing worked really well. When I originally made the dressing I found it to be a little too mustardy for my taste, so I would cut back on the mustard and maybe add a bit more sugar.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
I made these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved them. They're just the right amount of peanutty flavour and chocolate. To make them fun and cute I cut the reeses in half and added two chocolate chips to make a happy face.
