Turkey Wraps
This is a very good wrap. I left out the avocado because we don't like it, and used pre-cooked turkey bacon. We like the unique taste with the cream cheese. Thanks for a good recipe!

Bachelor's Creamy Pumpkin Soup
This was a really great soup! My husband absolutely LOVED it. I wanted it to be a bit sweeter than it was, so I added brown sugar (maybe 1 tbs), cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and 1 tbs sugar. I did not use ginger because I didn't have any. I served this with hot french bread and butter and it was delicious. Perfect for a cool, fall evening. :) Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes
WOW! This was DELICIOUS! This is definitely one of my new favorites. After reading the reviews, I made just a few changes. Before placing the pork loins in the dish, I put about a 1/4 cup of water in the bottom to make sure they didn't dry out. I added garlic salt to the pork loins, and sprinkled cinnamon on top of all the ingredients before putting in the oven. I didn't see that the apples were supposed to be cut in rounds until I had already cut them all into slices. This worked just fine. I cooked this is glass cookware and used aluminum foil with holes poked in it for the cover. This was so easy and came out so great! I will make it again and again. Next time I will try it in a slow cooker!
