Easy Tortellini Soup
This soup was great on our first chilly fall day. It was a hit in our house; can't wait to make it again! I would love more vegetables in it too...I will have to see what I can dish up. :-)

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
This was delicious! I made a few changes in the recipe however - instead of using crumbled sausage, I used fresh sausage that I sliced. I also added some sliced red peppers when I added the onions. It turned out great! Will definitely make this again :)

Orange Pork Stir Fry
We made this with frozen veggies (since we stocked up) and powdered ginger. Very good!
