I have three grown children so I am looking for good healthy recipes for two. In addition to the above mentioned hobbies I LOVE to golf. I play 5 times a week during our short golf season. I also enjoy tennis and weight lifting.

My cooking tragedies
When I was first married I wanted to make a beef tenderloin for a large group of guests. I had never made one before. I need a lot of meat so I went to Costco. I didn't realize that I needed to trim the meat first as most meat markets do it for you. Not Costco! In addition, I was using a recipe that called for cooking it in a cast iron skillet that had been coated with oil. Well...........I used olive oil instead of a high heat oil like canola. Need I say more!
