Wished I had more time to cook. I enjoy trying new recipes and trying them on my family. They have NO problem telling me how it really tastes. On Easter, we always had Ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, eggs (dev.), corn, baked bread, and tea. Thanksgiving was always a traditional turkey, and on Sundays, a sit-down dinner with some type of meat, masked potatoes, veggie, and dinner rolls. Sure wished my mother was still alive, because these were the days!!!!!!!!! Cooked my first turkey with the heart, etc still in the paper bag inside the turkey. Not too appealing, but naive at 18!!!!!!!! hehe
