Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Made a couple of these for different parties. Were great! The only change I made, was that I sprinkled cinnamon over the apples before putting the top crust on.

Brown Rice Breakfast Porridge

This is a good way to use up extra brown rice on hand. This was my breakfast for 3 mornings in a row. A good change from oatmeal.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Wonderful. I added onion, pepper, basil, oregano to the cheese mixture. Also, as others mentioned, I did coat the outside of the chicken with olive oil, lemon, spice mix, and cooked bacon in microwave for 4 minutes before wrapping the chicken. This way, the bacon is completely cooked.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Absolutely wonderful. I added 1 tsp beef bouillon granules to the rice mixture and used 1/4 can of diced tomatoes. Was delicious.

This was good; however I agree with other reviewers that the sauce/veggie mix is strong for a delicate fish. Next time I will use another recipe for this.
