I agree with TEVANS211 - this is a recipe worth leaving alone! However, do sift the flour twice, as this helps the fluffliness. These pancakes were perfectly fluffy and sweet. I added a few chocolate chips after pouring the batter and they were delish!

I really liked the flavor of these rollups. They were definitely spicy and delicious! The only negative I have about them is they tend to get really soggy if you save them in the fridge overnight. I was looking forward to indulging the next day and was disappointed to find the tortillas were completely soggy, giving them a mushy consistency. Yuck. Otherwise, they were great - I just wouldn't plan on keeping the leftovers.

This egg salad is divine! I cut back on the mayo a tad, and it was perfect. Served it on rye bread with tomatoes and lettuce - yum!!
