Sesame Seared Tuna
Very good restaurant quality tuna, dish. Definately observe the short cook time. The first time I coked for over a minute and it was too done, second time 30 seconds on each side and guests thought it was some of the best tuna ever. Will definately make gain especially since tuna is my wife's favorite!
