Asian Ginger Dressing
Delicious asian dressing! I cut the olive oil and replace a 1/4 cup with seasme oil. I squezzed a half of a lime in. Skipped honey and water, and subtituted with 2 tablespoons of sugar. I used my food processor. Delicious!

Vegan Black Bean Soup
I thought this was a delicious recipe! I only had 2 cans of black beans, so I used a kidney bean and a garbanzo bean in place of the 2 other black beans. It is so simple and easy with great flavor. I will use this again for sure!
