The Best Thai Coconut Soup
Great recipe! Very filling soup though...I added a small hot red pepper because I like my food spicy. Turned out great! My friends loved it. It's such a shame that lemongrass ("citronnelle" in french) is so hard to find in France....

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli
Great recipe, I served it on top of a scoop of homemade mashed potatoes. It looked as if it could of been served in a upscale restaurant. I used a mix of nuts (cashews, brasilian nuts and pecans) instead of only pecans, turned out very good. I didn't think that it took very long to make. But I guess when you love cooking like I do, time flies.

World's Best Lasagna
Made it yesterday, and ate it last night for dinner with my fiancé, he was very impressed and said that he had never eaten Lasagna that good. I didn't use sausage meat, all beef, and it was still terrific. Very good recipe.
