Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers
Will prepare again, kids who gave me that "ewe" look when they saw it had coconut in it were downstairs drooling by the time it was ready because it smelled so good and ate it up all smiles!

Easy Lasagna II
LOVE Lasagna! This is easy and now a regular menu item for us. I added garlic, pepper and italian spices to our taste. I use ground Turkey and the the Prego brand Meat sauce, larger jar and omit the water. IT IS AWESOME!
