Party Pinwheels
Made mine with a packet of Fiesta Ranch because they were out of regular. It made it orange and AWESOME. Seriously good stuff. I also used the tomato wraps as well because of color and I don't think they get as dried out. These are better than the pepperoni version I've usually made in the past. Tasty! Oh - I also used an orange pepper but I don't it would have made much difference. Just colorful all around.

Taco Soup VI
Great base for an easy Taco Soup. I just added a small chopped onion to the hamburger and used frozen corn (out of can). Topped it with fritos, sour cream and cheese - thought it was very good. There are a ton of things could add to mix it up! Great chili alternative.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
Almost too good. I still want my boyfriend to grill BBQ chicken for me! Very moist and the meat falls off the bone. It was great.
