Carrot Cake III
5 star with changes. Used another reviewers tips: 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar. 3 teaspoons of vanilla, 1 8oz. can of crushed pineapple drained, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 3 tsp of cinnamon, 3/4 cup canola oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. I also added walnuts instead of pecans, and I added 1 cup of shredded coconut. I shredded carrots small, and they did not sink at all. I reduced powdered sugar to 3 cups and it came out perfect. It was a hit for dinner. Fantastic!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
easy 5 star recipe with changes. I used a 2.2 pound boneless shoulder. I floured and browned in a pan with olive oil. I deglazed pan with a red wine and sauteed a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Added 2 cups of water and 1 beef bouillon cube. I added celery salt. Poured everything into a crock pot with carrots, potatoes and celery. Cooked for 6 hours on low. It was the best pot roast I ever made. It fell apart it was so tender. Fantastic!

French Baguettes
Fantastic! Made in a bread machine with bread machine yeast. I cut into 4 pieces for 7 1/2 inch meatball subs. I baked on parchment paper. I didn't add the egg white or water. It came out crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect!!
