My cooking tragedies
Without a doubt, It was the infamous Burgundy Roast. One of the fist steps was to brown the meat over the stove, which I proceeded to do so in the glass roast pan. After enough temperature stress it blew! I continued to pick glass shards out of the meat and clean up the greater surrounding area. After a couple of hours of cleanup I was on my way to step 2! (Don't try this at home)
