I am a wife and stay-at-home mother of 3 teenagers. I love to come up with new recipes or add to old ones. My most favorite types of recipes are quick and easy ones. My most favorite thing to cook is spaghetti with angel hair pasta. My mother, sister, and I get together at least 3 times a year and cook a specail dinner for our families. We get to catch up on what's going on in our lives, visit, and share memories, old and new. I combined two different oriental dishes, Thai noodles and sesame noodles and the result was delicious. Cheese Burger Casserole...It came out looking great, but we couldn't eat it, it was as hard as a brick. You could've knocked someone out with it.
