Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta
Very tasty! Though I had to substitute ingredients I did not have- this recipe was full of flavor. I could not find Asiago, so I used twice the amount in Parmesan cheese- that gave it a very nice flavor. I will make this again!

Irish Bacon And Cabbage Soup
Fantastic soup! Very flavorful. I added more spices and let it simmer awhile to soak in the flavors. We also sprinkled cheese on top as a finishing touch.
