I'm married to the best man in the world! I was never taught to cook, but I knew which cookbooks to buy, so when I got married, those were the first things I got. I love the crock pot- I own three...amazing things! I love to write, sing, read, play piano, cook, and bake! Roast beef in the slow-cooker, shepherd's pie (special recipie), strawberry pie, corn chili, cheesy creamy mashed potatoes (that are so sinfully delicious, but extremely bad for you), chicken breasts with stuffing on top (baked in the oven, or the slow-cooker), trifle, buttery corn, pizza casserole with sausage, panzarotti's Roast beef in the crock pot- the best way ever! My roast beef with gravy...strawberry pie, onion & cheese bread, cheesy creamy mashed potatoes, ground beef casserole (my husband HATES casseroles, any casseroles, but he loved this one! :D ) Ah...haha...my first attempt at bread- without a bread maker. I basically halved the yeast by accident, NOT a good idea!
