Ok time to update... I'm 23 Mom of 2 and expecting a third. WOW can you believe that??? :) I am now engaged and couldn't be happier! I love cooking but getting lazy latley. Eggs are so out of the question latley... I work full time and stay busy with the kids and their sports. I'm also attending school full time, Geez I'm tired already, LOL.

My favorite things to cook

I love to cook my family's Fav dinners which is Spaght. and Tacos I'm now trying to cook with more herbs and fresh veggies. Seems to be working the kids are eating them:)

My favorite family cooking traditions

My Grandma always makes our favorite dinner on our birthday, and a homemade cake. This is my favorite.

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Perfect My 4 year old did everything... So easy and perfect tasting. As everyone said we used the fork to flatten and checked often to make sure to not over cook. Nice and soft and tons of flavor... Already passed this on to family :)

Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Shortbread Cookies

Family Hit!!! The kids did most of the work and this was super simple... The only thing I changed was the peanut butter topping. Making more tomorrow :)

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

This is great!! I changed it a bit and made some more, I didn't use olive oil or the red wine. But everything else was the same and it was great. The whole family loved it and it was perfect for a cold winters night. So easy this was my first time making stew and no problems whatsoever...
