Apricot Brown Sugar Ham
I thought this was very moist and tastey. I didn't have apricot jam so i used orange marmalade and added a tbsp of honey. I'd definately make this again-yummy!

Banana Banana Bread
YYYYYUMMMMMMMMY! I've tried several other banana bread recipes and this was the most moist and flavourful. It was eaten in one day.
