Penne Pasta with Veggies
I would give it 5 stars, but didn't make it exactly the same so that wouldn't be fair. However, it was an amazing dinner. Doubled the prosciutto, peppers, broccoli, and asparagus. Cut the tomatoes in half, and omitted the zucchini. This is all because of my family's preferences. Also, added some shredded cheese I had lying around on top for a final touch. Am definitely making again, maybe with mushrooms as well.
