Baked Ziti I
My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe and the mix of flavors was very good. I'm sure it depends on what kind of sauce people use. The only thing I am not sure of is how in the picture of this recipe, the ziti looks like a nice square. When we dipped it out of the pan, it was pretty mushy. But delicious nonetheless. The recipe is quite big -- we eat a lot and figured this was plenty for 3 meals for 2 people. So we froze a portion.
