Absolutley delicious! My family does NOT like meatloaf, especially my husband, but he and our 6 year old twins cant get enought of this. I make the recipe and then scoop even amounts into a caphalon cupcake pan. This way each mini meatloaf is nice and crispy and we dont all fight over the top. They also take less time to cook this way...about 30 minutes with my speed bake fan on. They LOVE Mommy's "meatloaf cupcakes"! Thanks Connie!

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake

This is the BEST cheesecake ever! Most of my friends think it is an "old family recipe" and I am not going to correct them!!! Very easy and I follow exactly with the exception that I make my own graham cracker crust. It is so easy to make them and it really gives it that "family recipe" touch.

Antipasto Squares

This ia a very good recipe. Very easy to make and everyone (especially the guys) love it. My husbands poker group always asks him (that's funny) to make it and bring with him on game nights. The only drawback is the guy or gal at the deli counter isnt a huge fan of mine when I order 5 items of only 1/4 pound each! LOL Definitely a keeper!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These truly are as good as the reviews say. I too substitue 1/3 cup oil for the melted butter just because I find it easier. I also add vanilla and cinnamon. There is NEVER one of these muffins left when I make them! There is a reason there are over 3,000 plus positive reviews.
