COMFORT FOOD! Brown beans and corn bread, Mexican food, etc. But all food is better if you have an audience who likes almost anything.

Grilled Lemon Chicken

Good busy night meal. I marinaded for 1.5 hours then baked in the oven for about 45 minutes. Right before I took it out, I squeezed 1/2 a lemon over the chicken and broiled it on high for 2 minutes approx.

Polish Meat and Potatoes

Followed the recipe but used some red pepper too. Wonderful and the leftovers are great!

Easy Focaccia

I really liked this but tweaked it quite a bit to my taste. I used fresh oregano, basil, garlic and onion powder, parm cheese, and a little salt as toppings. Without these, it just would be boring. But it is a good base recipe. As a new bread baker, I really think this is a doable recipe.
