I love this recipe. I have made it several times over the summer. It's great to bring to BBQ's too. I only use about a 1/2 cup of sugar and it's easier to marindade using a large zip lock bag. Lots of compliments on this!

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Absolutely Delicious! My sister and I made these for Thanksgiving and they were so yummy. It could almost be served as dessert. Can't wait to make this again.

Cheesy Baked Potatoes

I made these potatos for my husband and they came out great. We both loved them. I added more mayo than called for and added Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple with Hormel bacon bits. I only had red potatoes. The red potatoes came great but I'm sure russett potatoes would have been better since the red potato shells have a hard time keeping their shape. Easy to make but takes a long time to bake. I will definitely make these again because they are so yummy. Don't forget the sour cream when serving!

Dog Food Dip

I brought this to our Halloween potluck at my work. It was a great hit. There was some leftover though. Prior to my potluck I tried it at home for game night and it was another hit. A little too spicy for some. Was great in omelets the next morning & as a topping on home-made nachos.
