Grilled Sea Bass
Delish! I actually pan fried the sea bass in a cast iron pan on high heat approx 6-7 mins. I served with a mango salsa, side salad and oven fries. Great color- taste and smell

Cucumber-Mango Salsa
I did not have cucumber but I did have an extra mango and substituted it. Great taste and smell. Served as an accompaniment for sea bass. Delish

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Delicious salmon recipe. My 2 year old even ate it. I used a 3lb fillet(from Cosco) and it was all gone. I did add a sprinkle of Parm and broiled.
