Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins
Great muffins! I made these with frozen strawberries and strawberry/vanilla yogurt. Not too sweet, and they rose nicely and have nice size muffin tops. I will definitely make these again.

Wonderful Short Ribs
This was really good, although I don't know how to fairly rate it since I changed things quite a bit. I used the tomato sauce, parsley, thyme, and bay leaves, but I added 15 oz chicken stock. I seared the short ribs and then sauteed a mirepoix (carrots, onion, celery) and shitake mushrooms in the drippings. I then put everything in the oven at 300 degrees for 4 hours. The meat just melted in your mouth by then. Yum!

Butternut Squash Soup II
Yum! This is great. Do not omit the celery, just cut it small. The mirepoix makes it so delicious. Just cook it through and cut it small. yum. I served with a dollop of sour cream.
