Best Carrot Cake Ever
Great cake. Was told by many it was the best they ever had. I omitted the raisins and also cut the oil to 1/2 cup. I bought 2 bags of the pre shredded carrots for 99 cents a bag. I put them in the food processor and got almost exactly 6 cups of grated carrot. Much easier then peeling and then grating carrots!
