Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken
This recipe turned out great, my husband thought it was delicious! Tasted like Chinese from a restaurant, except better. The sauce was really good too.

We enjoyed this but it was bland...needs more curry powder. maybe some other flavors too....

Pumpkin Cranberry Nut Bread
This bread was a huge hit with my husband-he ate the whole loaf in 2 days! It is moist and very flavorful.
