Spinach Brownies
I loved this recipe, especially as it meant that I got my husband to eat cooked spinach! He even asked for more! My only complaint is that it was way to greasy. I'll adjust for that next time I make this. Oh, and I used different cheese, but I think this would work with a wide variety of cheeses. Yum!
