Swedish Meatballs I

This was VERY good. I took a little advice from a few of the other users...I added a little Worscheshire Sauce and sour cream to the sauce. I sprinkled a little paprika on top before I baked it. This is a keeper!

Cherry Limeade I

This was pretty darn good and close to the Sonic Limeade. There is an disagreement going on in the house right now though on too tart or too sweet. Not quite sure, but certainly something we will make again.

Pseudo Sourdough for the Bread Machine

This was an okay bread. I don't know that I would give it the Sourdough name or not. I was hoping for more of a kick. I will probably make it again, but not as a sourdough replacement recipe.

Creamy Rice Pudding

This was wonderful. My husband, who doesn't really like rice, scarfed this up! I did make sure the rice was COMPLETELY cooked before drained and added to the milk mixture as stated by one of the reviewers. I also doubled the vanilla because I apparently can't read! :-) I will double the vanilla again - YUMMY!

Broccoli Beef I

This was good. I added a few red pepper slices for some color and little extra flavor. I would probably add a little more or maybe add some more ginger...I am not sure what it was lacking, but it seemed to miss something. Overall, however, this was very good and I won't be buying at a chinese restaurant again!

New York Cheesecake II

This was the best cheesecake I have ever made - that is from my husband. I made a couple little changes to the recipe based on some of the comments...I used Amaretto instead of vanilla - that was WONDERFUL! I baked the cheesecake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, turned down to 200 for 45 minutes and left it in the oven until cool. Then I put it in the refrigerator until after dinner. The only thing I would do differently, is bake it the night before and have it in the fridge over night and the whole next day. It was better the next day. But oh this was sinfully good! THANK YOU!!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is a GREAT recipe. My kids are not seafood eaters and they enjoy this one. Great when served with a green salad and homemade bread. I am adding to this comment as everyone I have made this for has asked for the recipe. This is a family fave!
