Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

made this with the raisins. it was very good and easy. definitely gives you a sweet/chocolate fix. decreased the sugar by a half a cup and increased the oats by a half a cup. not bake sale beautiful, but then again, they're not baked! thanks for the recipe

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

great cookies. they are beautiful too. beware of over cooking them though. if you do, they get really shiney and too crispy/hard, but they don't look 'burnt' right away. test your first batch to exact your time.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

this was really good, but makes ALOT. great with tortilla chips, or even scooped out and spread in tortillas for a meal. definitely need a large dish for this.

Mexican Rice II

the whole cook the rice until brown and fluffy thing didn't work for me, but i made this again using pre-cooked rice and it was great. i used salsa instead of the onion and tomato sauce.

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

if you like Olive Garden's chicken scampy dish try this: cook marinated chunked chicken breast (2 breasts) in skillet until brown. set aside. make this sauce as directed in the same pan the chicken was in but instead of rosemary use a teeny tiny pinch of basil. just before you take the sauce off the stove toss in about 1/4 to 1/3 of a green pepper sliced in 1 in slices and your chicken. cook for a couple minutes to tenderize the peppers and then put on your pasta and toss together. SO GOOD!!!

these were good, but the flavor will largely depend on the italian bread crumb flavor, so use a great one that you really like. i also double breaded (flour, egg, crumb, egg, crumb). no leakage.

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

This was definitely easy and delicious. I added garlic powder which to me seems to be a must. The sauce was pretty thin when heated. Will definitely make again for a quick lunch!
