Chicken Tikka Masala
Very Very good. The only change I made was omitting the grilling of the chicken. I just fried them in a skillet. It would probably be even more flavorful on the grill.

Speedy Homemade Salsa
When I originally made this recipe I didnt feel that it had enough garlic so I added 2 more cloves and a little bit of garlic powder to suit my tastes. After a couple days in the fridge the garlic became over powering. (my mistake) Overall, I liked this and will make it again. (with the amound of garlic that it called for)

Habanero Hellfire Chili
I made this recipe as written except I didn't use the chili paste because I have no idea what that is? I also couldn't find fresh habanero's so I had to use the ones that come in a jar. I think that really hurt my results because, believe it or not, this recipe was just NOT hot enough. I'm sure the fresh ones would have made it hotter. The chili was still very tasty, but I've made other chili that was just as tasty and hot enough for me, with far fewer ingredients.
