About this Cook
Hi! Im a southern girl, who loves to cook whenever I can; someday I would like to have a catering business, or some type of business that deals with people and food my two favs! I dunno im still workin on the business idea.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook would be a Tilapi fish dish! that I put together, with zuccini and yellow squash fryed in olive oil witch spices, and creamy mashed potatoes from red potatoes with butter and spices as well for sides. Also I like making desserts, and pasta dishes! Mamma Mia!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My dad calls the dish (Depression Chicken Noodle soup)! Its really good chicken noodle soup made from scratch noodels that are reallly good and filling!
My cooking triumphs
My little sister whoe's alot older now, loves it when I come to visit, because she knows I like to get up early in the morning and make apple cinnimon panckakes with homemade apple syrup and to top the plate off drizzeled in warm caremel; with cheesy scambled eggs, and crisp bacon.
My cooking tragedies
well its all trial and error, I guess im not like alot of people, my dad and I use alot of guestimating, which is kinda like, we don't follow the exact recipes from books or intranet we guestimate the measurments and add alot of more personal touches to the dishes we prepare. And 99.9% of the time they turn out great!

Bombay Chicken and Rice
This dish was excellent! I had to add 1/2 cup more water to the dish because currently staying in a high altitude region, also I added a dash of nutmeg, cinnimon, and a dash of lemon pwder. to increase the smell and taste of this wonderful dish !! We Love it!
