Carrot Pineapple Cake I

Replaced oil with applesauce, used whole wheat flour, and reduced baking soda ( Turned carrots green the first time because there was too much as stated in the recipe) ... learned that it was a chemical reaction between the pigments in carrots and the acid/base reaction with baking soda, so, be careful!
