I am from southern New Mexico, but don't much care for Mexican food or chile (though I like salsa and spicy foods). My biggest inspiration has been a local Italian restaurant and Alton Brown of Good Eats. Pizza, cookies, ice cream Every Christmas, after opening presents, we cook and eat a great breakfast. I am great at pizza of various kinds Cannelloni. I just can't seem to get it right
