Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies

If I could give it more stars, I would! These cookies are absolutely delicious. Not super sweet. I didn't sandwich them. I made some with raspberry jelly in the center, others dipped in chocolate and some with only sprinkles! You have got to try this!

World's Best Lasagna

Great recipe! My hubby is the one that makes the great red sauce, this recipe let me be the queen of red sauce for a night. I have made this several times and it's just as amazing as the first!

French Breakfast Muffins

Great breakfast muffin. I subbed egg whites and light margarine for the whole eggs and butter. I only got 11 delicious muffins from the recipe.

Mrs. Ronzo's Lemon Balls

This cookie is amazing! It has just the right amount of sweetness. I did go a little heavy on the lemon extract after reading some reviews. To make it even lower in calories I used egg substitute, 1% milk and cut the glaze in half. With these changes, it is only 72 calories per cookie. I didn't use shortening either I used unsalted butter (had to be a little bad)

Chicken Parmigiana

I don't like chicken parmigiana most people make. I am not a frying kind of person. I made this recipe almost as is (my hubby and I love garlic), I added some spices and herbs that I like. I actually like this recipe. It's the first time I ate Parmigiana that didn't have a fishy taste. Thanks Candy. I now have a new recipe for my biweekly rotation.

Quick and Easy Brownies

I made the recipe exactly as it was written. I was amazed at how simple it was to make. I really wanted a chewy brownie and I didn't get it in this recipe, but I absolutely loved these. My hubby and I cannot stop eating them. If I want a cake like brownie this will definately be my first choice! Thanks for a delicious recipe.

Bigos (Hunter's Stew)

My hubby is polish and I am mexican. I have been trying to make him polish food for a while. When I told him I had found this recipe he went out and bought sauerkraut, ready to make it the same day. I made it for dinner last night. He kept raving how good it was. I was surprised, it was absolutely delioucious. I made it to the T, perfect the way it is!
